I thought I'd pop a couple of photos up of some 'insider' views from the 2012 Olympics, where I did a bit...maybe they will be of interest.

This was early morning on the day that was to prove worthy of remembering....when the women won the team pursuit. It was about 6.30 am....

There was literally one other person in the building with me.....it was a bit awe inspiring!

I was also lucky enough to meet the bloke (who's name escapes me) who designed and built the track......this occurred when I was checking the dehumidifiers *underneath* the track.....it was shiver inducing to hear the riders thundering around, literally two or three feet above my head.......

And this was Forstermann's bike.....the one that he arrived to 'work' on!
