As long as I breathe, I attack.
Club ride in a bit but probably not taking the " new" bike as I think I need to do a few shorter rides on it 1 st to get it dialled in .

Morning
Its fairly bright here at present but breezy again. The plan is go for ride but how far will depend on the wind. Apparently somebody is coming to chop down some of the forrest at daughters abode which might prove entertaining.

Morning People,

Decent sleep after yesterday's ride and evening rehydration routine, but up early as junior has an appointment in town with the orthodontist so I did a Dad's taxi and will retrieve her from the stationlater.

In the meantime, got a car load of stuff to take down the tip and a few bits n pieces for the charity shop after Mrs. 666 went on a (much needed) clear out spree. Then get a few supplies, do some weights and a spot of virtual motorsport later on.

Finally bought a car, not what I want but need to keep finances fluid as moving out 😢

Off to Birmingham to run with a pal and then a pub crawl, but the guys we are meeting like this real ale stuff rather than larger or cider 🙄😂

timanfaya was wearing a fluffy hat, climbed into cloud, and then discovered all of the wind was on the other side which made for a scary descent, then the loop back with fast twisty-turny bits

wished the cactus beunos dias on the way past and picked up a crusty loaf to accompany queso y lomo elevenses and a cold beer

Sunny breezy day up here.

Had a half decent ParkRun given the way the anti inflammatories are messing with my gut at the moment. A guy came past me so close that he managed to change the volume of my tunes with his elbow. He then proceeded to weave all over the path so much that I thought the safest thing to do was to put some daylight between him and me. He decided to go for a flamboyant sprint finish that I thought I'd be better being away from him, so let him through only to find that he'd pipped me for age group P1.

Fed neighbours cat. Fortunately this time none of them puked up their food, unlike yesterday.

Got a quiet day with an 18th birthday to go to/host later. It also means I'll be meeting DD1's boyfriend's family for the first time. Should be fun and awkward in equal measure.

Have no recollection of writing this haiku; struggling to believe that the holiday was fifteen years ago, though!

Nice enough day. Did random chores early waiting for groceries delivery man, who must have been a ninja. Didn't see or hear the truck, but the stuff appeared on the doorstep...
Coffee, followed by an hour or so taking down more old fence, and chopping it up. Chucked a fair bit of it on the fire pit again, best way to get rid of it.
Dinner down the road, a lovely walk on a crisp, still evening.
