I keep trying to like Stilton and olives - not together, I hasten to add - but it's a slow job. Over 30 years so far....

Stilton is God's way of showing he really really loves-us. It is the noblest of cheeses, made by only 6 creameries in the world it's
a very complex product. But best of all it really pisses the French off, because deep down they know that nothing they make comes close.
You have my sympathy.

Is that Blue Stilton or White Stilton?

White Stilton with fruit is gorgeous, Blue Stilton is for grown ups.

I love blue cheese but cannot stand Danish blue.

Try Gorgonzola for the real blue cheese experience,

Cheese he says? ......
Nothing like a home cooked curry with some decent red wine thrown in to help break down the lamb!!!!!

Blue Stilton, no other kind counts. Gorgonzola's fine and dandy, but no compettion for Stilton.....

Mmmmmm, Stilton; I've now got a craving for a chunk of Stilton on a biscuit. I quite like that cheese with a soft gooy centre. Is that brie? Whatever it's called I think it's nice.
