It's a lovely bike, but now that she had test ridden an e-bike, she is sold on the idea. Mainly because she blew past me on the hills with absolutely no effort. So an e-bike it is.
Ha, I’ve had this, in August last year, after riding one of the Fjords in Norway Ona Haibike!
The OH now waits for me at the top of the slopes, and allows me a rest, then jumps on the Cube Reaction, and darts off, saying “Come on husband, keep up!”
It is really good not having bought an E bike for myself, because my fitness has improved vast amounts, since previously I would be gently pedalling behind her, still with a resting heart rate

Her new e-bike should be here Friday. She went for a Raleigh Captus in the end. She is very much looking forward to cycling to work on Saturday morning if it is. I've created a monster. She's even expressed interest in learning how to do some minor repairs and maintenance (like changing a tube, gear indexing, and brake adjustment).
