TBH I ever thought the original Capri was all that.

The original Mustang was not really all that, but like the Capri it caught the public imagination. In part because almost everything in the same price bracket of both cars wasn't all that either, but they looked the part.

TBH I ever thought the original Capri was all that.

I remember seeing one as a young boy thinking it looked amazing. Years later thought they were a bit 'meh' and then sometime later bought one, just because it was the only car I could afford at the time. It was only a 1.3 with a 1600 Xflow fitted, but it was bloody brilliant and weirdly felt like a special car to be in and drive. Had 3 or 4 more over the years.

Looks like they copied the back end off a Kia or Hyundai. It doesn't match the front at all.

That front end is never going to meet government standards in any country that has bumper laws.

I think the back looks a bit Porsche/Aston Martin. Possibly in a minority of one here, but that is a beautiful looking car, AI or not.
