Frame size - help

Hi,

Anyone got any comments about it? Does it seem legit? Cant find a lot of info about vintage Reynolds 531 Campagnolo frames.

For what it's worth I am 6'3" and I'm looking at a new bike. The guy at my local shop said a 22.5" frame is ideal for me.

Depends where you are measuring,top tube centre to centre,or centre of bottom bracket to top of seat tube,either way,I would say its too small.I ride a size 56 in Specialized,& I am 6'1"".
