Free to collector (Buckfastleigh, Devon). Eclipse Routier light touring / audax bicycle project. Originally bespoke built for a rider of 6ft3" in the early eighties.
According to the owner the wheelset was purchased more recently. Brake track and hubs appear to be ok. Mach1 240 rim on Deore hub rear / DT RR 1.1 on 105 hub front.
Inner chainring showing very little wear. Crankset appears to be a Shimano Tiagra FC-4550

I do think the 531 frame is salvageable, despite visible rust. Tyres are perished. I will be removing bell and rack.
Edit: seat post is not seized, BB shell looks good. Feel free to ask about parts or frame
