well after much searching it would appear to get the freehub off the rear wheel you must first remove the nds bearing to get access to the lucknut sleeve . What a mighty PITA , not tried it yet as don't want to ruin the bearing trying to get it out first so will see if I can indentify the number first . Anyone done this before and can confirm my assumptions?

If it's the same as on the Fulcrum Red Power hub on one of my bikes, you need to remove the NDS bearing and use a long 11 or 12mm hex key from that side to engage the hex in the freehub. It then unscrewed fairly easily. I was carefull and reused the bearing.

Yep it's the same will give it a bash at the weekend , think the bearings are 6001 so have grabbed some spares from work in case I damage it !

Just revisiting this , as you said had to knock out the bearing and used. 12mm Allen key and a vice to unlock the freehub. I've cleaned it as best I can and soaked it in oil but it's buying me time, thought I could strip it down but seems to be user unfriendly ! So looks like a new one is needed, a tad spendy for cheap wheels !!
