Take the BB out.
Turn bike upside down and pour in plenty of penetrating oil.
Leave
Repeat
Remove previously stuck seatpost

I have a carbon post in a steel frame that was fitted with normal grease and has been easily removable since 2009.

I did use the special carbon grease (FSA pink gritty stuff) on a carbon post in a carbon frame.

Take the BB out.
Turn bike upside down and pour in plenty of penetrating oil.
Leave
Repeat
Remove previously stuck seatpost

You forgot after the first step;
a.) clean puddle up from floor
b.) bung up hole in seatpost
c.) Turn bike upside down and pour in plenty of penetrating oil for the second time
