Was always cool with not understanding your titles, but now the contents?

Another blue sky day to celebrate my progression from revision dad to exam taxi dad (for some reason, the bus which DD1's been on for the last 6 years isn't allowed to transport her since she became a school leaver at Easter.)

...

in egyptian mythology, ra on his solar barque carries the sun across the sky

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solar_barque

the title is an allusion to the design of a radiation implosion fusion device, with a plutonium 'spark plug' axial core surrounded by the fusion fuel, schematically similar to a pineapple, i.e. the tasty flesh is the lithium 6 deuteride fuel and the tough core is the plutonium

Morning

Ra was no where to be seen but has provided.
Beans shenanigans in the night time but that will be reported in his thread.

Last but of p&d today thankfully. Extensive oil based glossing meant shifting the mattress to the living room which provided a rather comfortable sleep and will be for the next couple of nights methinks.

Extra coffee. Didn't finish till 10pm but that means I am a day ahead of schedule.

Morning all. Just about awake and human. Sun is definitely up and radiating nicely, off shortly to walk mutt with OH. Solicitors later to sign remade will then lunch out with the OH. Hopefully time for a ride out this evening. Enjoy the long wkend folks.

Managed a couple of beers and some grub at a work event that started at 4 yesterday, so good way to finish off the day. WFH today, although got a fair bit of idiocy still to deal with before the long weekend. Might watch a bit of the F1 build up this evening.

Sat on the lower patio finishing second coffee. I might have go and sit in the shade as it’s a bit warm. Need to walk Bertie and try make sure he doesn’t get any pheasants today. Then it will be a bike ride.

Decent long walk with the hounds, now lots of meetings. Later is a pop up pub in the village hall, would be rude not to support
