Co-incidentally, I was listening to Dave Edmunds, about an hour ago

I had the CD's of 'Subtle As A Flying Mallet' (the Phil Spector influenced LP), & 'DE 7th' on

excellent choice

I concur, The Mavericks are an introduction for most people to 'Tex-Mex'

I remember my daughter, when she was about 6 - 7. learning a routine to that, with the dancing school she liked to go to
To this day, she's embarrassed when it's on the radio
