PS. I'm fairly sure "Red Lebanese" refers to Chateau Musar, a memorable, if very expensive, red wine from the Beqaa valley, in a vineyard established and nurtured by various members of the Hochar family. Please don't hesitate to correct any misunderstanding on my part.
