Just post anything by Sigur Ros then close the thread :okay:

Edit: BTW are you seeing them this autumn?
As far as I can tell, their tours this year don't go anywhere near my part of the world. I'm not a big fan of live music, anyway, I prefer to just listen to their albums at home (or work).

Their live performances are a force of nature. On the last tour I saw them twice, in London and Nottingham. In London we stood on a sticky, sloping floor at the Brixton Acadamy. In Nottingham we sat, the accoustics were fantastic, the lighting outstanding (award winning actually) and the crowd enthrawled. That was the only time I have cried in public as an adult, such joy, such emotion, it was almost a religious experience. I wasn't alone, most of us cried that night, including the big rufty-tufty bloke next to me. If you can get to see them live then do so, it is such an uplifting experience.

What, better than Rock this Town by the Stray Cats!
A cracking track, Setzer's on record (ha!) stating that 30+ year later, people were still asking him how to play the guitar riffs in that Stray Cat Strut & Runway Boys, & get the right sound
