I was watching part of the Paul Hollywood programme about the cars of various countries (is that his real name?!?!)
It was the French episode, whilst here's not the place to discuss the Citroen DS, they did play in the background (& I had to rewind to check I was hearing it correctly
An Accordion, yes - compulsory in a programme about over the Channel, but it was 'Sweet Child Of Mine'
No idea who it was, but it sounded like this

I do prefer Ed Alleyne-Johnson (purple) electric violin version
Some of those Accordion notes, at the start, remind of a Melodica, as very ably demonstrated both 'blown' & 'tubed' here by Tindersticks, who did a cracking version of the other song I've added

Given the fact that we may be going to see them next month, if I can get tickets, I checked out a few other tracks to show SWMBO
Till, I listened to 'Walk This Way'..............

I've heard the original, but not listened to it, it is a bit risqué, isn't it?
I have read, however, on Wikipedia, that it was written as a reminiscence of teenage years
