I have a bit of juggling to do to get mini-h to footy on the Saturday morning but in principal I would love to come if there's still room. TBC when juggling is complete.

Is there another Rebecca T? Or am I on there twice?
A mate of mine called Tim should hopefully email you soon about coming along Simon - assuming his girlfriend lets him (!)
whoops - I thought you were on there, but my old eyes couldn't see your name...

Rob, it would be just grand to see you.

Metcheck is now telling us

7 degrees
about 4mm of rain
23 to 26 mph tailwind

we'll arrive soaking wet, but at such a rate that Davy will do well to brake before he goes off the end of the pier.

Hmmm 4mm doesn't sound much, I'm sure it will feel worse at the time though. I'll just be getting dry in time for SMRbtH...... :rain:

GrumpyGregry

Here for rides.
is it 4mm in 15 mins or 4mm spread over several hours? Thats what we want to know! One is a problem the other isn't.

And what's the cat saying? About as likely to be as accurate this far in advance!

4mm of rain eh? What was the prediction last November?
5mm. Different thing entirely. I think they're talking showers - the sky is 78% overcast. Anyway I'm not taking it seriously - if their windspeeds for next weekend are correct we'll still be clearing up the mess

Memories of the 2009 odyssey brought me back to CC...

Never have I been so wet or cold but neither have I been so proud of myself for pushing through the barrier and making it to Brighton. (Well until Cathy and I took that tandem up Ditchling.)

Am hugely missing the FNRttCs and look forward to a return once the Eenie Weenie has made an appearance. Love to all and have fun!

HAHAHA! Alas, my brakes just dont work well in the wet, so am going to wear the baggy jacket and use it as a wind brake... unless we have a tail-wind.... and I cant swim... neither can the Zebra...
