Congrats Clive and thanks for the plug. In picture 11 you managed to capture 3 Anerley Retentives, and in picture 6 another Anerley Retentive 'derriere' being repaired

Thanks, Stuart - that was a deliberate attempt to capture the Anerley group although I'm not sure where Gina was at that point. Probably weeping in a corner after her puncture!

I'm surprised that you didn't take the opportunity to point out that Anerley claims to be an older cycle club than CTC.

Is Gina the lovely girl who had a puncher just after the restart?

@ StuartG - that new tube map is immense - very impressive!

Nope - it is Des who is older than the CTC. I thought the Club is three years younger being the new kid on the 1881 block.

Gina did a Sportif the following day!

Amusing to see the TECs in picture 14, on their way to breakfast, I think very shortly after they had sailed past Arthur and I dealing with his fairy visit.

Dr Gina Brown and her son, Duncan (16), will be starting at Land’s End, on a 1,000 mile plus cycling adventure. Their route takes them from Lands End along the north Cornish coast, through the wilds of Dartmoor, crossing the River Severn into Hereford then up through the Yorkshire Dales, over the border into Scotland, along the shore of the Moray Firth, past Inverness to arrive at John O’Groats, 14 days later. That’s the hope…..

It would be nice to raise some money for the Pelican Cancer Foundation who have provided so much support for the ongoing colorectal cancer research programme (MERCURY) in collaboration with The Royal Marsden hospital, to improve cure rates and outcomes for the second commonest cause of cancer death in the UK.

If you would like to look at the work we have been doing please visit: Marsden and Pelican Foundation links http://www.royalmarsden.nhs.uk/RMH/info/newsevents/drginabrown.htm & http://www.pelicancancer.org/index.php?page_id=37&page=pages&menu=37Please use the link below for donations on the Just Giving websiteevery little donation will count towards research in staging and improving treatments for colorectal cancer ...thankyou. http://www.justgiving.com/Gina-Brown0
