That's in the annoying 'can't decide whether to wear gloves or mitts' range. I s'pose I can always make a decision based on which I can find....

My bike has no rack (and has gained a replacement LH BB cup, new rear brake pads and tweaked front mech). She looks nekkid. And I'm unsure where to fit the rear lights.... not sure how good I can get the angle on the seat stays, but seatpost mounting doesn't really work for short people riding compact frames.

Hi Simon,

I've just realised i have a prior engagement on Friday evening (singing for the Mayor

). I'll be there but I'm having to jump in the car and drive down so my arrival will be traffic dependant. I'm parking in Salford so I'll track the route back from there and hopefully swing round behind you as you pass and join in if I'm a bit late. is that ok?

Is anyone going from Manchester Piccadilly who knows where they're going?

I did used to live in Manchester and have an idea of where to go but I have a phenomenal talent[1] for getting lost... I'd prefer not to have to rely on my usual "random walk" method of navigation!

I'm getting in to Piccadilly at 10:45pm. I'm sure I could find it if I knew where it was! For the benefit of those of us who have been sitting at the back chatting and not paying attention, where are we meeting?
