I'll be on a 3 speed Brompton as well, so hoping the hills aren't too bad!
With mudguards and a pannier rack? Do be sure to load a large cake into your Carradice - you'll be Dell's favourite...

I would be there with bells (lights?) on but I have a doctors note telling me not to :-( However! My knee does seem to be healing well so I'm definitely going to be ok to join in as you go past my flat. If I start one ride and finish one ride does that mean that technically I'd have completed a whole ride???

Ah-ha - the old favourite "popty ping"? Someone was trying to convince me that jellyfish was "pysgod wibli-wobli", but I was sure they were having me on...
Hello hello. Glad it's healing well. I defer to the chief on the qualification question, but as you only live five miles from the finish I'd say that you need to do the middle of a ride somewhere as well. But then Southend temperatures might count for double points!
But it would certainly be nice if you could join us for breakfast!
Ah well, two thirds of a ride it is then :-) I shall most certainly be joining you all for breakfast and a medicinal drink. Whiskey has healing properties, they just haven't made it official yet

The European Cup Final is on the Saturday, 21st May, K.O. 17:00 - same venue. (Leinster vPerpignanNorthampton)
My flabber is ghasted
I might aim for it if it stops at Didcot.
I'll fetch it down with me Saturday pm
Shall I give you a ring when I get there?
