I think you're right. Couldn't keep his strings clean....

It would have been a right palaver if their catchphrase was "We're on our way"...
"Fridays are GO!" hmmmm, although DZ's Parker to Susie's Lady Penelope seems to work...

Ahem. I have this. Can I bring it? (No dynohub on it though, a bit of a worry.)

Is this a "Folding Friday Night Ride to the Coast" because the trains back are not bike friendly?
Not at all. I've always ridden back but I have met up with people in Central London afterwards who've brought proper bikes back by train with no problems at all.

You're always welcome to ride back of course and you'll be at LMNH while the party is still going on!

Martin,

thanks for the offer, but I have to be at St Pancras at 12.00 to get the bike back on the Eurostar, so I'll have to train back.

Do I take it you are healing up quickly enough to be on the ride?

At the moment I'd say I'm 50/50 and there's probably people who will say I'm mad for even thinking about it but I personally will be extremely upset if I miss it. I may need painkillers!

scotch painkillers or irish painkillers? I can bring both.

Croatian painkiller should also be available: honey based so good for sore throats

I thought that you were also doubtful Greg? It's going to look like M.A.S.H at the back of the ride
Well, I'm remaining optimistic. 60/40. Go/No go. I've never done sarfend and rhubarb the brommie wants to stretch her legs.
