Is it realistic to skip the pub & get to the 0906 train home from Bognor?
almost. But you can head for Barnham, Ford or even Arundel if we run out of timeEmail sent.

Reilly (Riley?) sometimes has to take a train to where his friends are making prize winning home brew - & playing ukuleles & riding recumbents, but you cannot have everything. Can you?2517003 said:And there was DZ telling me that you live the life of Reilly.
No. Where would you put it all?Reilly (Riley?) sometimes has to take a train to where his friends are making prize winning home brew - & playing ukuleles & riding recumbents, but you cannot have everything. Can you?

On a side note, Southern Railways are doing their DaySave tickets again. £14.00 per adult, all you can eat on the Southern network for a day. Hop on, hop off. And it does a group thing too. £28.00 for a group of 4. Or seven quid a pop. When the walk on fare from Bognor to London Town Divine is £16.80, this strikes me as a way of getting Advanced Fare bargains without being tied to a specific train. You do have to order in advance over the interwebs and I don't know if they'll still be doing the deal by July.
Splendid! It has been a while, but may I?
