You know this thing with asking us to take our shoes off (which is fine with me btw), have you got someone with a mop handy for squelchy socks traipsing across your new floor??

I'm planning on cycling home. I'd need a rucksack the size of Stuaff's!!

My feet "should" be dry (see separate thread on overshoes) as I'll have sealskins on, it's the outside of my socks that could cause an issue with the floor.

Probably isn't enough time, but I had considered sending someone down to Primani in Chatham (one of their biggest branches in the country, by the way) to buy several pairs of socks to sell at a tidy profit
