It's official Mr T is a certified nutter. Good luck.

>Sigh<. The madness never ends. Arranged for some experts with big machinery to come and do major tidy up of trees along the entrance boundary fence. They turned up first thing and spent the day with chainsaws, mini excavators, chainsaws and more doing it. Great job, still a decent pile left to chuck through the chipper but so far very impressed.

Monday will be the start of pulling bits of roof off to replace some skylights and a few other problem fixes. At least I can leave that to a different lot of experts. Also Monday is move Mum to an aged care home - she's had enough of looking after herself and it's time to go. I'll have the joys of clearing out the house to add to the list of jobs I don't have time for, although thankfully she's not the type to keep much stuff around. Still, a couple of weeks of hassle no doubt.

Good luck with that WS. I had to do clear my folks house a few years back, luckily they thrown a lot of stuff away already but it still took a while to work through it all. I managed by putting all the stuff into 4 categories: Keep, sell, charity shop or tip.

Thanks. It won't be too hard, as she's already tossed a lot away over the last few years. I'll likely take the Ute up, load it up and off to the tip with the obvious crap and see what's left. Might be a few sellable items in the glassware collection but that's it. The furniture ain't worth the effort except for a cedar drawers unit I'll keep perhaps, and a few incidentals. I'll end up with another TV to set up somewhere too. That's it.

Windy ride this afternoon, passed a house on fire up the valley, almost completely burnt out, 3 fire engines in attendance. Thats the second one in the Tweed valley in a few weeks 😳

Good look Mr WS with sorting out your mums stuff. They'll be a few secrets unearthed I'm sure.
Stevo, the comment was for the benefit of the CC crew that didn't know. He's definitely mad.
