Hi there, hope yuz can help.

I need to adjust my front derailleur as it keeps slipping off the big front cog down to the middle cog when I am in full pelt. Also, when I am using the middle cog, the chain rubs badly on the outside edge of the cage when I am in the higher gears.

I think I have to adjust the inner screw clockwise to move the outer limit of the cage slightly to the right (as I am looking down on it).

Have I oversimplified it?

Cheers in advance...

might be a slack cable as well if it's not positioning itself correctly on the middle ring. When it's on the inner ring make sure there's no slack in the cable. Then open the outer limit screw slightly to give you room to trim the mech when on the big ring

Right. I think that makes sense. If I move the it down to the smallest cog, I'll be able to detect the cage moving. Will give it a shot. Should I tighten the cable first. Not sure what is 'slack' and what isn't...
