Front mech problem

Hi all,

Need some help understanding how to adjust the front mech.

Yesterday, when changing from the larger chainwheel to smaller one, the front mech was just throwing the chain completely off.

Gears are Shimano ST2200 so not the best in the world but the travel of the front mech should be fairly straightforward to adjust? (assuming this is the problem)

This should help as pretty much all front mechs are very similiar.

It will probably be the lower limit screw that is out of adjustment though.
