Front rack panniers

Am looking for some lightweight panniers - about 12L - to fit a Giant front rack on my Giant Toughroad SLR. Has anyone got any suggestions?

Ortleib front rollers are 12.5ltr each i think. Not cheap but worth every penny.

Thank for your advice. Orts will be on my short list as long as they will fit the rack.

They have some Carradice ones, might work
