Whats up with everyone today? At least two (could be three, but he may have been *very* worn out  ) cyclists frowned at me on the way home. Why!? Its a beautiful friday morning. Perfect for cycling besides being a bit warm.

Is it because your all on the way to work and ive finished a night-shift and get to go home?

Oh well... never mind

plus one............ it was a beautiful sunny morning here at 6 as i clipped in to cycle home........ i was of a sunny disposition, the legs felt good, and the week end had started. but what of my fellow commuters, only glum puffing faces.....;)

Were they cycling into a headwind and you had it behind you ? That often accounts for the difference in facial expressions between those going in opposite directions !

When the 6 millionth ped walks out in front of you then you tend to get the hump.;)

That's after being cut up by yet another taxi.;)

my legs on the way in were rubber, the soft kind and there was yet another head wind

good ride home though

Not a very good ride back, but at this time what should I expect?

More tommorow as i finish 1am Sunday morning, should be fun but hopefully won't get any more dodgy as it was tonight.

Nice week.Full moon Sunday must explain it.;)

Why are boy racers such ****ing morons?

There was no reasons IMO other than they were going *to* work, when I was going home ;)

It was a very calm sunny morning. I left early today so it was still dark. Didnt see a single cyclist (and very few cars) a brilliant ride.

The vast majority of commuters I encounter here wear the 'cyclist's frown' and never want to wave or nod! :becool:

I never frown; I always try and look as though I'm having fun going up a steep hill. But they don't; they have to have the 'serious cyclist-look'.

Tossers!

I get plenty of smiles and waves from the school kids on my commute, however I think most of that is because I'm a foreigner and the only one in lycra!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't bother I just go along with the general ignorance that seems to be around.

No I don't want to be like this but I don't really care anymore.

I know cycling other countries is different thats why I look forward to cycling abroad.

Now that it's no longer winter and the seasonal cyclists are taking to my route, I try to give a nod, smile or 'morning !' as I go.

As yet, zero response. But then speaking to anyone you don't know is usually taken as the sign of a nutter who it's best to avoid !
