Frozen items bingo

Front brake, chain, gears, water bottle ............. me. Easily the coldest yet today.

Full beard of ice by the time I got to work this morning. Bike still fully operational.

Last weekwhen there was lots of loose snow about, it gathered around my rear brake. Then when I came to stop at a junction, the brake wouldn't work - the lump of snow there had frozen solid. Fortunately, the front brake worked fine.

Last year it was most bits of the bike, on one ride my back wheel was a solid disk of snow. This year it is bits of me that freeze.
Ears, nose, toes and especially knees, I have taken to wearing knee pads.

Wiggle have sent me an incorrect delivery, instead of insulated bib tights I have received lightweight trousers - not happy!!

Last week my rear mech was stuck, the cable must of froze in the housing. Stuck in one gear but luckily was on my mtb with a triple on the front which was working. Never had that before.

Mrs Uncle Phil fetched her balaclava from the porch this morning. Her breath from yesterday had frozen in it overnight, and it stood up on its own.
