I've gone for a figure of 250 for my ftp.
I've not done a 20 minute test on an indoor trainer as I don't have one anymore.
Here are my outputs from my recent rides, so any guidance would be great
Unless you turned yourself inside out on those rides the numbers won't help you too much. Why don't you find a flatish road with no major interruptions and do a proper 20 minute test and use 95% of the value as your FTP?
I need to head to somewhere flat I think.
I'm most the time pushing quite hard on the rides and would be in the red if I push much harder.

Thank you - I had this link a while ago, then lost it. Using my known indoor numbers I would agree with these calculations, although I think the figures for my sprint are a little low, maybe time for another 4 minute test.
30 min numbers would be about your ftp. They are consistent across the rides. Either get on a turbo with proper power meter and do a ramp test or 20 min ftp test.
