It looks interesting, but I suspect it's a not going to make it. Far too complex and time consuming to fold / unfold. Derailleur system is just madness.
What is interesting is how the wheels work. You can use either one on the front or the rear as the cassette stays on the frame.

Not much rake on the forks. Handling could be lively !
