Surely that is trespass. I would log everything she does for a few weeks and go to the police and complain about harassment, they can do something about it.She loves to mow our lawn, even when it doesn't need doing. We'd rather that she didn't as she has been known to have a bonfire on the edge of our flower beds (her rubbish) as mowing our grass gives her the right to burn her stuff on our flower beds!
We log everything now. We have a diary that we write in every time she complains about us walking or talking in the garden after 4pm, or when she sticks snotty notes through our door (we keep the notes), when she bangs on the floor at 5.30pm and tells us to stop walking about and so on and so forth. We've been doing the diary thing since October last year, the HA is aware of her harrassment.Surely that is trespass. I would log everything she does for a few weeks and go to the police and complain about harassment, they can do something about it.
You should see the previous thread (assuming it was the exact same neighbour)Surely that is trespass. I would log everything she does for a few weeks and go to the police and complain about harassment, they can do something about it.
Same neighbour. She chilled out for a while but it back to her normal, narky self again. You should see the previous thread (assuming it was the exact same neighbour)
Can you take up tap dancing?![]()
We think that we are too old for tap dancing but thought that we might give clog dancing a go.
I wouldn't do that until you are packing up and going, otherwise she will probably get worse unfortunately.Have you thought about showing the old bat the diary you keep and the notes ? It might shock her if you show the level of complaints, then drop in that the HA have a copy !
I remember the other thread. Since it has been going on so long and you have logs of her behavior i would definitely speak to the police about her anti-social behavior and harassment. You should see the previous thread (assuming it was the exact same neighbour)
