My sister had a tortoise called Henry.
The cat used to hitch a lift (on his back) when he was going walkabout, they were great pals.
Used to cuddle up to each other too, tortoise snuggled up to the cat and cats paw wrapped round him.
Amazing creatures

Yes! I have kept all manner of reptiles throughout my life and tortoises are by far the most engaging. My youngest is saving up for a Bearded Dragon. Can’t wait.

First decent day that I've had time to get in the garden to sort out after winter.

First job was to tackle the molehills and lay some new turf down where the have ruined it (took a bit of doing!).

Next on the list was to rake all the fallen leaves up and generally tidy up, looks like a different garden now.

Filled our green bin up to the top and filled the car ready for the skip in the morning!.

Quite satisfying really.

I need to sort the lawn out really, it's full of moss etc, will have a read up on what's best course of action.

Maybe first BBQ on the cards this week hopefully!.
