What is the garlic that has green centres, is that the wet garlic?
No that's the opposite - when it's been hanging round long enough to have sprouted. The wet stuff is the first of the season, eaten before the skins have set. What is the garlic that has green centres, is that the wet garlic?
It performs its best miracles cut/crushed left for a few minutes and eaten chewed raw.
