I've been getting "cadence is too high" displayed during some rides and on other rides i have a random 220 max cadence. Any ideas as I've no idea why its doing that :-)

Maybe check the sensor isn't getting magnets mixed up by pressing the LED button on it and spinning the cranks and wheel and looking at the green and red flashes. one for the cranks and the other for the wheel. It could be the wheel magnet in activating both sensors, which would give a false cadence reading.

Are you Chris Froome?

A training alert, if you have a plan set up to train at 90-100 cadence for 20 mins or so and you go 105 it will alert to tell you to lower your cadence.
