Garmin connect and strava

Anyone know how to re upload a previously uploaded run from garmin to strava? I deleted it from strava by mistake, but it's still on my garmin timeline and I would like to reload it back to strava. Is there any way to do this ?

export the ride onto your computer as a tcx file then manually upload to Strava.

Think you can also load it back on your Garmin by choosing 'send to device' when you're in the activity
