Garmin connect

HELP,
now i have previously moaned about the Garmin website and i have tonight tried to log on to Garmin connect without success.
I have a my garmin account so it says to use the username etc for that yet it wont recognise the username......is there something i am doing wrong as i have tried opening a different account as well but it obviously recognises the same email account!!
arrgghhh, as i have said elsewhere i am not backwards in coming forwards with pc's but Garmin sites do not bring out the best in me
Anyone had a similar experience with connect??

I had the same problem using Internet Explorer, try using google chrome it seems to work better, been on tonight and seemed a bit slow so there might be a few issues this evening.

bear in mind this is the first time i am trying to use connect. I can log in to mygarmin but for some reason the connect site doesn't like the password/username

its ok folks, thanks you MUST use your username, not your registered name or email address (which you can use in mygarmin). Had to have garmin email it again as the username does not show up in mygarmin account info!!!!!
tempted to delete this, but will leave it up just in case some other numptie/garmin hater needs the info..............

This has probably been asked before.I have bought a garmin but I don't think I can use an I pad to upload data from it. Does anyone know different?

OT, my Garmin Connect account is registered to an old email and at some point I must have registered my current address This thread has prompted me to investigate getting updated, apparently I can't do it manually and have to email them.
