Im still waiting for mine issues with the bank therefore being returned everytime I email them. Their customer service is quite good

Not yet, but I have had confirmation it is being processed and it's still within their timescale.

yeah got mine took just 31 days from sending info to cheque arriving

I remembered a few days ago I'd not had mine back yet.

Tried to log in with the details they emailed me but couldn't!

So emailed them and got a next day apologetic response promising me I should have it back in the next few days.

I got mine some 6 weeks after sending the form off. Total cost £71
