Garmin edge 800 has frozen....

My garmin has froze, the last remaining image is displaying but nothing is working or responding.
I've tried to press both reset and start/stop at the same time, nothing.

I have the edge 1000, I presume it has the same power on/off switch at the side?
Keep the button depressed for 10 or 15 seconds, that might work.

Try with the charger plugged in, it happened on mine a few years back, i think i reset with charger plugged in.

Cancel, admin delete pls....it seems to have fired up without me touching it.....ghosts are afoot.
