    I don't think he was ever in the same league as Best, but, as you say, not always nice to see someone implode in public.

    Its a shame that he can't escape media interest even when he is just buying a bike. One of the best fitba players Ive ever had the pleasure of watching regularly BTW. Get well soon bonnie lad.

    He was a great player who never fulfilled his true potential. Scored some great goals in his time, especially the one against Scotland in the Euro Championship.

    He was a good player but the thing I liked about him the most was the fact that he always put in 100% effort during a game!!!!!!!!!!!!

    i think cycling is the most therapeutic thing you can do. fresh air, nice countryside, put on route (maybe not for Gazza tho!) :smile:
  15. I have no interest in either football or Gazza, but all the best of luck to him on this. I hope he enjoys his new bike.
