Have been a member since Sept/Oct last year but am more of a stalker as opposed to a poster. Only one post in that time but looking to try and get involved a bit more in the future.

I bought myself a Voodoo Marasa back at the start of last summer with the intention to get myself fit and have so far racked up a fair few miles on it. Is now time for another bike and almost pulled the trigger on a GT GTR 3 the other day. Gonna do myself a bit more research first but I always feel the best form of research is to get first hand opinions from those in the know......in other words, you lot!

I'll keep that to another thread though (and a suitable forum section), so for now......Hello!

Ashamed to say I never did get round to creating that thread!

I did however visit a fair few bike shops and took a few out for a little test ride. Found myself torn between a Trek 1.2 and the Giant Defy 3 but happy to announce the Defy won the day. Rather excited now.

Will hopefully be picking it up Mon/Tues and promise to get a pic up in that 'Show us your Giants' thread that seems rather popular.
