Gear adjusters

hi everyone I've built a bike up rides brilliant, however when I bought the frame (s/h) the threaded part in the frame didn't have the adjusters in, can you buy them any where? Or should I use the type where the cables go through the frame?

You can buy them I think they are m5 - CRC,Wiggle etc all do them.

I cant find any steel ones just aluminum but that may work for you anyway.
