Hello CycleChatters. I come once again for advice.
I'm feeling mightily fed up as I'm currently in the deapths of my second nasty virally, chesty cold this year (having had a nasty one in Feb).
Nasty cold aside, I do feel that I'm generally not as energetic as I ought to be. I wake up every morning feeling knackered, and would love to spend my evenings and weekends doing interesting hobbies, but even if not knackered, find it difficult to summon up much energy.
I don't drink, don't smoke BUT my diet is not very good. I dont eat enough fruit and veg. Lots of naughty bad carbs. Crisps and pizza are my favorite things (not neceserrily at the same time). I'm about two stone overweight.
What are your top tips for giving me an energy boost and warding off these nasty colds?
