Get away with this frame size?

OK, thinking about picking up an old GT Palomar. 1999 I think, old but I kinda like that, just to tide me over till I get a "proper" MTB saved for, so I won't need to sell the road bike to fund it.
Its a bit out of the way for me to just go try on for size.

It's only a 14.5in frame though.
I'm 5ft 7in or so, about 30inch inseam

Think it'd get away with that frame alright?

i have a 34inch inseam and on a 17'; bike which feels compact compare to my carbon bike but ride on the steel frame is nice and thorough

I am 5'10 and my wsd MTB was an 18". That sounds far too small, unless using as a bmx trick bike

I admit my road bike is a lot bigger. Suppose I just fancied picking it up cheap lol never mind.

I did build something on a 13in frame once but that was more "jumpy" to be fair
