getting photos enlarged to poster size

Just open the image on your computer and zoom right in and this will give an indication of the quality if printed to a large poster.

I.ve just posted a pic in the photo challenge thread of my handsome pooch taken a few months ago in the midst of winter...I took it with my Nokia Lumia phone and I think its rather good...anyway I would like to get it enlarged to poster size or maybe even bigger and then frame it...Does anyone know where I could get this done? I know Tesco and Asda do this kind of stuff but I would like to get it done so its kinda better quality...suggestions and info much appreciated...ta

I always use snapfish and have found them to be really good they tell you f it is going to look rubbish too before you buy

You need to be able get the first kiss/ring shots etc without asking the vicar to start again :-)

Ring up Metro Repro in Newcastle: tel 0191 261 1320.
They can print/ plot from any file format onto any type of glossy/matt/satin finished paper or card or material. They can also laminate or mount prints onto Kappaboard or similar.
Ask for Paul and he'll be able to help. Prices are very reasonable and less than high street shops.

Hello Chris...just back from Newcastle with 2 great quality prints from Metro Repro and at a very good price...I never got to see Paul but explained my situation to Bob who was on the desk and I mentioned your name...service was great...I was in and out in under 30 minutes with my prints...brilliant...Bob says to pass on his regards and thanks for putting my business their way...so Cheers from me and i'll buy you a pint if I ever meet you
