OK - I'm going to state the medical thing... this could easily be diabetes. Please speak to your Doc about a simple finger prick blood test which will pick up blood sugar levels, alongside cholesterol and a whole bunch of other things.
Anyone else having this type of thing, where they are nodding off, please do the same. If you are in employment for a company with medical cover, (BUPA/Aviva etc) they you will get the finger prick blood test free. It takes less time than to boil an egg, and could save your life.
I noticed this myself, a quick finger prick test then proceeded to a proper vein blood test and confirmation I had diabetes. Once I knew this, I then altered my diet and hey presto... no more afternoon nap time!
