Sorry, I have loads of questions today..
A few weks back, when I change under load from front big ring to smaller (a compact), the change is ok. Typically at top of hill going backup to the large one, the derailer to me dont look like its moving far enough across to make for an easy change. I took bike back to the lbs where I bought bike from, in the workshop whilst under no load it worked perfectly. The mechanic siad all was good. I had a old Spesh MTB whilst using thumb shifters it always managed a effortless change under laod easilly. Am I expecting to much, or should I change the way I go about in changing gear.
I seem to have to spin endlessly to help the chain jump across
Cheers
