Ash cycles have them advertised online now but only the white one - very nice think my order will be going in very soon

Not too shoddy is it..... I'm hoping the blue one off the Japanese site is launched here if not I suppose I will have to 'make do' with the white one

The new defy range is now out, saw the catalogue today. The 3 is only available in the white and red as shown above. I was hoping the black and lime green would be released but the white looks very nice. My LBS says they will have stock in a few weeks.

I was holding out for the blue one myself! Ah well it will have to be the white then... (rubs chin, pondering.... or defy 2 in black.....)

Thank you Vickster for that..... I already have gone over budget just thinking about the 2.... (I just think the 3 in white would look grubby (particularly the bar tape) within a few weeks of using it on the commute (although I am keeping the Viking as a winter bike I can't see it being used too much
after N+1 arrives) did briefly look at the 4 in blue but....

You can always change the tape (just not to black of course)
Budget pah, that's what CCs and interest free credit are for
I have saved up the pound notes
as Mrs V advised me that if I wanted a new bike and stay married it wasn't going on credit.... on the plus side she can't moan at me (much) when I order it funny though she seems to think I'm ordering the Defy 5

The DEFY range is now on the Giant website..... muses to self 3 or 2, 2 or 3?.....
The only difference (apart from colour of course) seems to 10 speed Tiagra over 9 speed Sora is this worth the £100 extra?
