Free Hub on my Giant Defy 0 has just failed 7 miles into a club ride - luckily I was right outside a good cafe.

Now sitting with a nice rich black coffee waiting on a lift back and looking at a new wheel set which I’ve been thinking of doing for a while.

Wud go for 11-32 as that’s what is on it already just weather to stick with 105 that’s on or up grade to ultegra the new one to go on my vison wheels and the old on the original wheels for my turbo trainer
