Cycle to work 'window' opens in two weeks!

Can i fit gaurds and a rack to this?? I think i can see fitting points but dont know much about that kit.

Does anyone have an opinion on this bike?

I've got an (older) M zero with racks so wouldn't think racks on it would be a problem. Hub gear and 700c wheels would be a good commuter/utility bike imho
