Numpty question possibly in the wrong forum!
Any ideas of the maximum size tyres a Giant rapid 2 2015 will take.
The bike is miles away as I gave it to my daughter so I cant just suck it and see.
It came with 25c but is now used on rather rough tow paths so fatter tyres my help.
Thanks
Keith

Google hits reckon 28mm on the models that came with 25s and that 32 would be too big. You can now get 30s but of course tyres do vary a fair bit, so a decent quality 28 would be safest. Maybe something like a folding Rubino or perhaps a Conti 4 seasons if cost not a consideration or even a touring tyre. Ultimately, the rapid is more road than off

I have the Rapid 1 of the same age or a bit older and it came with Giant's own S-R3 tyres in 28mm size and there's room to go bigger.
