Giant TCR Matt Neon Red touch up paint advice please

I have a Giant TCR advanced 2 2018 road bike in orange/red colour. It may be called Matt neon red colour, I will add a photo of my bike.
It has a few marks on it so can anyone please recommend a touch up paint for it or even nail varnish or enamel paint that is a very similar shade of colour.
